• Clothing and item donations must be in good, clean condition
• We reserve the right to refuse donations that do not meet our quality standards
• Tax receipts will be provided for all eligible donations

3. Pickup Services

Our pickup services are currently available within the greater Cincinnati area. Pickup appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your pickup request.
